| Last year I attended the Los Angeles Conference sponsored by the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and it was awesome! I learned a load of usful things and met so many amazing industry professionals; and authors! I never imagined how wonderful it would be to be a member of the SCBWI and attend one of their conferences. The classes were professional, helpful and encouraging. Not to mention a lot of fun. Special thanks and cheers here for the crit group that formed on the first night of the conference. The level of talent that sat at my table was off the scale. It was really, really fun!!! |
